Candied Fangs' Adoptables Terms of Service

If offering art for a design- The default time to complete art is 3 weeks. You can ask for extensions and they’ll most likely be given if you have 2+ pieces of art to do. At the 2 weeks mark I need an update. Even a “Sorry, I couldn’t finish, I’ll work on it at X date” is sufficient. No response to the update request means that I cancel. I will repay you in art for the art you’ve already made if I cancel the trade.

If offering money for a design- You have 24 HOURS to pay for the oc. If you do not pay then, I’ll put the oc back up for offers. I will give you the oc AFTER I have received the money.

If offering money and art for a design- pay the money half first, then start on the art. I will send over the oc after I get both the money and art. The rules above apply.

DO NOT LOWBALL. I spent time and effort working to make those characters and I'll just delete your comment. I’ll have a minimum amount of art/$$ I want for everything, do not go below that minimum. Minimum art for a character is generally 1 headshot and 1 full unless stated otherwise

I will NOT accept base fills/traced art etc. All lines must be original by you.

DO NOT remove me from my designs- Do not remove my signature after you get the oc, don’t give yourself credit for the oc.** Do not use the oc’s art that I drew for commercial use.**

You may **not resell my designs for more than you paid for them** without any added art. If you added art to them, feel free to charge them for whatever the art was worth. This applies whether you paid money or just art for the oc.

You may NEVER trace, copy, heavily reference, or rip off my art, designs, characters, or bases. Doing any of these will result in a blacklist and a callout. Color picking is ok, and pose theft is not a real thing so go nuts, just don’t trace the pose.

Please notify me if you think my work is being copied/stolen and I will look into it. I try to avoid drama so please do not get involved with it unless I ask you to.

I will not tolerate rude or childish people. If you have a social platform, you are old enough to be mature and kind to others and I will simply block you.

Once the trade is completed, you own the oc. I can't demand them back and the same goes for you, if I get an oc from you. I do not care what you do with the oc once you own them, just do NOT use them commercially without some SERIOUS redesigning.
